Tel Ganesan
"No matter where you come from, your dreams are valid, and only you can bring them to life," says Tel Ganesan, an engineer, philanthropist, movie producer, and motivational speaker who stands as an exemplary all-rounder who made it big with sheer grit and determination. He made it clear that dreams can become a reality if you work for them.
The road was never simple for him; he has committed his life to seek the American dream; while this is a common phrase, Tel says he doesn't take it lightly because he has worked so hard to finally be able to live it.
He worked for Chrysler for 13 years as an engineer, giving his all and going above and beyond, but he eventually realized he wasn't any closer to his goal than he was yesterday. That's when he decided to strike out on his own and spent the next couple of years establishing Kyyba, an IT hiring organization with over 500 employees and projected revenue of over $60 million.
He has received numerous awards, including Outstanding Young Asian American in Michigan in 2011, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist in 2012, 2013, and 2014, and the Diversity Business Leader Award in 2012.

Tel has the same ambition and fire in his heart to achieve any goal he sets for himself, a goal he has been pushing since he first arrived in America.
