Jagir Kaur an 80 years old widow and mother of Late Naik Nirmal Singh of 15 Sikh Light Infantry who was martyred in an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast in the June 1999 Kargil War, so that she need not work as a labourer anymore and live a decent and respectful life.
