Scent of Kochi by Faisal Khan, Tori
Ingredients
Homemade yuzu syrup
Fresh lime juice
Vodka
Top-up with ginger beer
Method
Pour all the ingredients except for ginger beer in a shaker, fill it half with ice.
Shake and dump in a mule mug and top it up with ginger beer.
Garnish it with a toasted beard and yuzu jam.

Ingredients
Vodka - 60 ml
Saffron Cream - 10ml
Litchi Juice - 30 ml
Saffron for garnish
Method
Add 10 ml saffron cream in the shaker.
Add 30 ml litchi juice and add 60 ml vodka.
Add ice in the shaker shake and double strain on ice in a wine glass.
Passionate Martini by Cyprian Pereira, Pink Wasabi
Ingredients
Vodka - 60 ml
Fresh passion fruit -1 piece
Passion fruit puree- 15 ml
Passion juice-15 ml
Coconut syrup-15 ml
Lime juice - 15 ml
Method
Shake all the ingredients with ice and double strain.
Serve in Coupe glass.
Garnish with fresh passion fruit.
