In the recent past, numerous citizens have taken to social media to express their grievances against airlines after encountering multiple issues while travelling. Now, Bigg Boss 17 fame Mannara Chopra has found herself in a similar situation and took to X to share her plight. The actor revealed that she was travelling with Akasa Airlines for the second time, and the first time, the team had damaged her luggage. Additionally, this time they were quite rude to her. After Mannara posted about the problem on Twitter, the airline responded, denying her request to waive the fee.
Mannara while taking to her X account, wrote, "The worst airlines to travel with @AkasaAirThis is my second experience with them, the first time I travelled they damaged my bag and this time I'm not feeling well they ended up being rude again"

As soon as Mannara dropped the tweet, Akasa's official account reacted saying, "We regret to hear about your experience, Mannara. We understand that our team met you at the airport and explained the excess baggage policy. Unfortunately, we won't be able to waive the fee. We seek your understanding in this regard. Also, we'd like to address any previous concerns you may have. Please DM us the details."
Replying to their answer Mannara further said, "What are you writing sir, your staff was acting rude to me. I was not feeling well this morning,I mentioned this to your employee and instead of acting nice she said you can go talk to my manager. Your manager was not even courteous enough to come and understand the issue."
Actress Mannara Chopra, who reached the Top 3 in the 'Bigg Boss 17 ' grand finale, recently made headlines when she spoke about her love-hate relationship with actress Ankita Lokhande.
