Anupamaa Update: Anupamaa 'confesses' that she had taken Anuj for granted, Samar tells Dimpy that he likes her

The day starts off with Baa picking up the phone to apologize to Anupamaa. Seeing this, Babuji is totally surprised, but is happy with the change of her intentions. Baa also reminds Vanraj of being careful and cautious about the advancement of Samar and Dimpy's friendship, something that Babuji doesn't like at all. Meanwhile, Anuj and Dheeraj have a gala time in each other's company as they recall their childhood days. Giving them solid company is none other than Anupamaa.

On the other hand, while dropping Dimpy back home, Samar stops the bike to eat an ice cream. While eating the ice cream, he lands up telling Dimpy that he likes her and is not bothered about what the world tells or thinks about her. Seeing a shocked Dimpy, Samar clears his stand saying that he only likes her and her company, but, at the same time, he doesn't expect any kind of reciprocation in return.

Meanwhile, when Anuj and Dheeraj are recalling their childhood, Dheeraj apologizes to Anupamaa for boring her with their old memories. Anupamaa being Anupamaa that she is, tells him not to apologize for such a thing, because, it was only because of him, that she was able to see her husband Anuj laugh, cheer and smile so openly…after so long. Seeing Anupamaa in a pensive mood, Dheeraj asks Anupamaa about the qualities that she saw in Anuj that she said yes to his proposal and marriage. That's when Anupamaa becomes emotional and recalls the startling disparity between her marriage with Vanraj and Anuj. She tells that, even though Anuj stood by her for everything and every time, still, knowingly or unknowingly, she took him for granted.

After that, unable to control her emotions, she excuses herself and rushes to the bedroom with teary eyes and looking at Anuj's photographs, she cries and apologizes and asks (read ‘pleads') him not to leave her.
