The TV show 'Meri Awaaz Hi Pehchaan Hai' has a thing or two in common with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan.

The show is being shot in the beautiful locales of Wai where, coincidently, SRK shot for 'Swades'. Also, the house where the lead characters of the show Kalyani and Ketki grow up is the same house that SRK visited to meet his Kaveri amma.
Additionally, a critical scene is being shot at the same Krishna river where Shah Rukh Khan was seen performing his grandfather's last rites in the movie 'Chennai Express'.
