Actor Himanshu Soni, who turned a year older on 1st February, is off to an exotic destination for two days. The actor says that he wanted to get some time off and rejuvenate himself. "Mumbai is such a busy city and we are mostly caught up with our work. We barely get any time to rest. This is why I decided to take some time off and go to some quiet place for a day or two. I wanted to breathe some fresh air and be at peace," he says.
The actor has been celebrating his birthday at work since the last few years and has a birthday routine that he follows every year. "Every birthday is unique and I celebrate on my set and at my place. Every year I grow as a person and my expectation from life rises. But I follow one routine every year. I go to temple and pray to god. That's how I start my birthday every year," he says.
He has got a very special gift this year as well. "I had told Sheetal about Jeep Willys and she gifted me one this year. Other than this, I decided to do charity and spend time with underprivileged children. I hope that I am in a position to be able to do this every year," he says.
