Singer Bishwajit Ghosh’s recent romantic melody crosses 5 Million!

During the lockdown, Bishwajit Ghosh released a song, Hum Ek Hai that united one and all and touched a million hearts. The song featured superstars naming Juhi Chawla, Shakti Kapoor, Divya Dutta, Archana Puran Singh and many others who lifted the spirit of thousands fighting the viral menace. The singer even dedicated a song to the Indian Army on this Republic Day ‘Jee Bhar Ke Dekh Loon'. The song was an attempt to show what a soldier emotionally goes through leaving his family and loved ones behind and has to be determined to his goal of protecting the country. The song received immense love and support from popular faces like Shakti Kapoor, Nia Sharma, Gauahar Khan, Ashmit Patel, Kiku Sharda and many more. And recently this singer on this Valentine released a mash-up of four songs which also included his debut song ‘Sau Fikr' starring Shaheer Sheikh and Pooja Chopra.

Talking about the valentine's mashup, Bishwajit said "2021 needs to be all about love and that's what got to make a mashup for valentines that is all about love and compassion. I feel this romantic mash-up was bound to happen and I am overwhelmed to know that it has touched more than 5 million hearts. This song is very close to my heart and I enjoyed recording it. It comprises four beautifully merged songs that already have much liking from the audience and have never been recreated as a back to back tune."

The mashup is a combination of some of the best love songs is past years, Jab We Met's Tum Se Hi which became a rage so did Emraan Hashmi and Soha Ali Khan's song Tum Mile. Also, Badlapur films' Jeena Jeena by Atif Aslam an emotional melody featuring Varun Dhawan was a blockbuster hit. The last one is the debut song of Bishwajit ‘Sau Fikr', a song dedicated to all who have fallen in love and are in love. The entire mash-up sounds like magic and has turned out to be in a flow.

When asked about his plans for the year, Ghosh said, "2021 is going to be filled with excitement and passionate projects. I have tried my best to come up with songs that will inspire someone in some way and that's what I feel gets me connected to the audience. Many singles are lined up with various industry experts and artists. Collaboration with singers and musicians for events worldwide is what I'm looking ahead to. Many international projects are in pipeline. I'm fortunate to have such support and love from my fans. And will continue to entertain them with soulful music.
