Ever since the time the prolific filmmaker had announced âRRR', it has been making news, for all the right reasons. Be it the film's powerful casting or the magnetic music or even the arresting background score, the list is endless for the film to be spoken about almost everywhere. Only a few days back, the film's smash hit track âNaatu Naatu' not just got itself the prestigious âGolden Globe' award, but also won itself the much-coveted Oscar nomination.

Well, besides the film creating a boxoffice tsunami in India, the film has been creating records and also breaking records worldwide. One such country wherein the film has been welcomed with open arms is Japan, whereby the film has completed 100 glorious days. On the occasion of âRRR' completing 100 days in Japan theatres, the film's director SS Rajamouli took to social media to express his heartfelt gratitude towards the Japanese people.

He took to social media and wrote, "Back in those days, a film running for 100 days, 175 days etc was a big thing. The business structure changed over time...Gone are those fond memories...But the Japanese fans are making us relive the joy. Love you Japan... Arigato Gozaimasu...#RRRinJapan #RRRMovie". For the uninitiated, the term âArigato Gozaimasu' in the Japanese language means âThank you'.

And for all those who were eagerly waiting for the film's sequel, well, here is some good news for you. A few days back, SS Rajamouli had confirmed that 'RRR 2' is in the works and said that he is working on the story with his father V Vijayendra Prasad. At an event in Chicago the filmmaker had said that his father was the story writer for all his films and that they had discussed a bit about âRRR 2' and that his father is working on the story.
