An eyewitness revealed that the 23-year-old singer and the Drag Me Down hit-maker were spotted locking lips, hugging and dancing, a webiste reports.
After the two were seen having dinner together last month, rumours started rolling that they were dating.
Earlier, the Come & Get It hit-maker and the 22-year-old singer had performed at KIIS FM's 2015 Jingle Ball.
Other celebs, who attended Tatum's birthday bash, included Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren, Adam Levine and wife Behati Prinsloo, Lea Michele and Jamie-Lynn Sigler.
