Tom Cruise is currently finding himself out of favour with the Church of Scientology.
Artist Daniel Edwards has created a 14x3feet shroud that shows the front and back of a nude Cruise, which has a rather graphic depiction of the star's genitals.
The artwork is part of an exhibition that opens next week at a Pop-Up Church of Scientology at the Corey Allen Contemporary Art Gallery in St Petersburg, Florida.
However, even before it is opened to the public, it has invited the church's ire with church spokesman, Kevin Pouw, terming it as a publicity gimmick. "The church has nothing to do with this publicity stunt," Pouw said.
