Bruno Mars tops Billboard's top artist 2013 list

The ‘I Knew You Were Trouble' singer has secured the second position on the list and is currently 2013's top female artist for Billboard, while Macklemore & Ryan Lewis have become the top group and new act, CBS News reported.

Timberlake has ruled the R&B charts, while Flordia George Line and Imagine Dragons have topped the country and rock charts, respectively.
