Director Vikram Bhatt, who has directed several horror films, feels Zarine Khan is the most underrated actress in Bollywood. The filmmaker, who liked Zarine's performance in the thriller flick 'Hate Story 3', has roped in the actress for his next home production horror film '1921'.
