Taapsee Pannu is all set to return as Rani Kashyap with Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba, the sequel of Hasseen Dillruba, on August 9. The Netflix film sees the actress channeling Indian sensuality in cotton sarees. In the run-up to the film, the actress has been wearing cotton sarees in various colours off-screen as well, including on her trip to Paris Olympics. Taapsee Pannu in cotton sarees

Taapsee Pannu jetted off to attend the 2024 Paris Olympics, to join her husband Mathias Boe, who is the coach of the Indian badminton team.

On Day 1, Taapsee wore a lime green saree, which has a printed pallu, with a white waistcoat and sneakers. She wrapped the pallu around her neck like a dupatta, giving an Indo-Western twist to the outfit.

Taapsee shared her photos from Paris on Instagram and wrote, "Day 1 of endless walking, walking Paris’ prettiest street (coz that’s what Mindy says!) to walking from group stage to knockout stage."

Taapsee posed with sister Shagun Pannu as the two of them spent the day walking the streets of Paris.

Taapsee Pannu has been experimenting with how she drapes her sarees. On Day 2 in Paris, the actress wore a red saree in dhoti style, pairing it with tie-up sandals.

If you scroll through Taapsee's Instagram page, you will find recurring photos of the actress in plain red sarees, paired with minimal accessories, quite like her character Rani Kashyap from Haseen Dillruba.
