Bollywood wives who celebrated their first Karwa Chauth

Rakul Preet Singh, who injured herself recently, managed to celebrate her first Karwa Chauth defying all odds.

Rakul offered a glimpse of her Karwa Chauth celebrations on Instagram.

She wrote on Instagram, "My sun, moon, universe, my everything. Happy Karwa Chauth from us to you."

She revealed that her husband, Jackky Bhagnani, also kept the Karwa Chauth fast for her.

Earlier, Rakul Preet Singh shared an update on her health after suffering a back spasm during an 80 kg deadlift.

Sonakshi Sinha, who tied the knot with Zaheer Iqbal in June 2024, celebrated her first Karwa Chauth.

"Find a pati who won't let you starve alone... whatever his reason may be...Happy Karwa Chauth..our first," Sonakshi captioned the post.

Television actress Surbhi Chandna, who tied-the-knot with her long time beau Karan Sharma also celebrated her first Karwa Chauth. 

Surbhi shared pictures clad in a bespoke red saree as she prepared for the festivities. 

The couple also shared some mushy poses for the pictures shared on Instagram. 

She wrote in the caption, “Happy First Karwa Chauth My Life My Home, Your Man Fasted for His Lady Too. Galaxy on My Palm by my In-House Mehndi Wali KS.”

Kirti Kharbanda also shared adorable pictures with husband Pulkit Samrat. 

Dressed in a golden saree, Kirti posed alongside Pulkit, who wore a simple white kurta. 

She shared her excitement about celebrating her first Karwa Chauth after marriage, writing a heartfelt note about childhood dreams and traditions.

She wrote, “The 10 year old me is shy and blushing! He's good looking also, now that's the cherry on top! P.S. Being married (to the right person) was also on my bucket list and I'm happy to announce, it's going splendidly.”
