Today marks the 99th birth anniversary of one of the most legendary actors of Indian Cinema, Dilip Kumar. To mark the occasion, Dharmendra, filmmaker Subhash Ghai, and Saira Banu attended a special event at the Whistling Woods International School in the city.
Dharmendra has always spoken about his fondness for Dilip Kumar in his interactions with the media. The two stars of Hindi Cinema always shared a warm relationship.
Filmmaker Subhash Ghai directed three films with Dilip Kumar. Their first collaboration happened in 1982 in the form of Vidhata that was followed by Karma (1986) and Saudagar (1991).
In one moment, Dharmendra and Subhash Ghai were also clicked together at the filmmaker’s acting school. The two have worked together in the film Krodhi that came out in 1981. 

In what was an emotional and tender moment, Saira Banu was seen kissing a painting of Dilip Kumar that was made by the students of the acting school as a mark of respect for the legendary actor of Hindi Cinema.
