Sonu Nigam attended an event celebrating the music of the late Khayyam Saab. Khayyam passed away on August 19 at the age of 92. He was admired the world over for composing music for iconic films like Kabhi Kabhie and Umrao Jaan. (All pictures/Yogen Shah)

Popular ghazal singer Talat Aziz also attended the event celebrating Khayyam Saab's musical genius. 

Singers Sudesh Bhosle and Nitin Mukesh were also clicked at the gathering. Sudesh Bhosle is known for songs like 'Love Rap' and 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan'.

Nitin Mukesh is known for popular songs like 'So Gaya Yeh Jahan' and 'Duma Dum Mast Kalandar'.

Music composer Salim Merchant also attended the event celebrating Khayyam. Salim, along with brother Sulaiman, is known for composing music for films like Heroine, Band Baaja Baaraat and many more. 

Alka Yagnik looked pretty at the event as she posed for photographers.

Harshdeep Kaur, known for her Hindi, Punjabi and Sufi songs, was also clicked at the event. The singer wrote a pretty kurta and palazzo set. 

Popular singer Vasudha Sharma posed for the shutterbugs at the event celebrating the music of the late Khayyam Saab.
