The trailer for 'Sam Bahadur,' starring Vicky Kaushal, Sanya Malhotra, and Fatima Sana Shaikh, has been unveiled. The film is based on the life of India's first Field Marshal and military leader, Sam Manekshaw. The trailer offers a glimpse into Sam's world, the politics surrounding him, and his role in the Indian army. 'Sam Bahadur' is directed by Meghna Gulzar.
While sharing the trailer on his Instagram Vicky Kaushal wrote, "To the Indian army, to the nation and its people, we present to you a glimpse into the life of India's Greatest Soldier, Sam Manekshaw. ð®ð³ #SamBahadur Trailer Out Now! #Samà ¤¬à ¤¹à ¤¾à ¤¦à ¥Âà ¤° in cinemas 1.12.2023 #SamIsHere"

The trailer opens with Sam Bahadur explaining the meaning of being a soldier to his army, and later, it takes us on a ride where the 2-minute, 14-second clip shares some thrilling moments that build fans' excitement to watch Vicky Kaushal starrer.
Talking about the film, Vicky earlier said, "I am fortunate to portray the role of a real-life hero and patriot who is still remembered and loved for his contributions to our country. There is a lot to learn and take back as an actor. With the amount of prep and hard work the whole team has put in, I am sure the audiences will be thrilled to watch Sam's mesmerising journey to making India what it is today."
The film will be released on the same day as Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandanna's upcoming film 'Animal'. The latter's film is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
Apart from this, Vicky will also be seen in director Anand Tiwari's upcoming untitled romantic film alongside Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk. Produced by Karan Johar, the film is all set to hit the theatres on February 23, 2024. Vicky also has a film with Rashmika titled Chaava.
