Sara Ali Khan and Vicky Kaushal's Zara Hatke Zara Bachke completed 60 days in theatres (August 2). The film is directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films. It released on June 2 after Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan got postponed to September 7. As the film crossed yet another milestone, the actress expressed heartfelt gratitude to the audience for loving the slice-of-life film.
Expressing her gratitude, Sara said in a statement, "I can't believe it's been 60 days to my release. I'm just so filled with utmost gratitude to our audiences for accepting our film with so much love. It's such a perfect combination of excitement and relief to be in theatres for 2 months." Hoping to keep on going and keep doing better work, Sara shared, "Now I just have to keep growing, learning and doing better and better work."
According to reports, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke collected approximately Rs. 115.24 crores at the worldwide box office. Despite competition from films like Adipurush, it managed to maintain a stronghold at the cash counters. Set in the small town of Indore, the storyline of Zara Hatke Zara Bachke follows two college lovers, Kapil and Saumya who are madly in love with each other. Sara and Vicky's on-screen chemistry has left the audiences in love with the fresh pairing.

The box office collection of Zara Hatke Zara Bachke surprised exhibitors and trade analysts. A mid-scale film, it went on to become one of the biggest success stories of the year in Indian cinema. After the success of the film, fans are eagerly waiting for its OTT release. The makers are yet to announce it.
After Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, Sara will be seen in Homi Adajania's star-studded project titled Murder Mubarak. She will also star in Anurag Basu and Bhushan Kumar's Metro.... In Dino which will release early next year. On OTT, the audience will get to see her in Kannan Iyer and Dharma Productions' period drama, Ae Watan Mere Watan. While the first look and teaser are out, the release date of the film is yet to be announced.
