Ranbir Kapoor reveals plans for daughter Raha's first birthday

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt who got married in April 2022 welcomed their first child, a beautiful baby girl, in November. They named their daughter Raha. The little one will be turning a year old on November 6, 2023. So will the Kapoors and Bhatts have a grand party to celebrate the milestone birthday of their little one?

Talking to his fans over a zoom call, Ranbir Kapoor recently shared birthday plans of their daughter. He said that they planning a low-key birthday party at home. "She is going to turn one-year-old and we are going to have a small birthday party for her at home with just family and cousins. So, looking forward to that," he revealed.

The 'Shamshera' actor further spoke about the time Raha met her cousins Taimur and Jeh for the first time. "Raha went to Taimur and Jeh's house once. They have come home also. But she's so young, she can't recognise anyone. She is 11 months-old. She's barely recognising me now and I must say that I am her favourite, more than mumma (Alia) also so, I am very happy about that," he said.

Ranbir Kapoor revealed that he has been spending as much time as he can with his little one, given his busy shooting schedule. The doting father revealed that Raha has begun to crawl, has started to recognise objects, and has been showering everyone around them with plenty of love.

The 'Tu Jhooti Mein Makkar' actor also divulged that Raha started speaking, adding that she has been trying to say 'Ma' or 'Pa'. Ranbir Kapoor called this 'the most beautiful phase' of his life, adding that he intends to cherish every bit of it.

In another conversation with German pen brand Hauser, Ranbir shared that Alia writes emails to their little one. The actor said, "Alia is actually writing her an email every day and I thought I would start writing to her someday. I am actually. Now since I am part of ...so I will write her extraordinary letters to her."

Ranbir Kapoor will next be seen in the film 'Animal' that will be released on December 1.
