Actor, filmmaker Rajiv Kapoor, Raj Kapoor's youngest son, passed away today on February 9, after suffering a heart attack in Mumbai. He was 58. Celebrities from the Hindi film industry paid their condolences and remembered the actor and producer on their social media accounts.
His sister-in-law, actress Neetu Kapoor shared a picture of Rajiv and paid her respects on her Instagram account. Have a look at her post right here:

Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar tweeted about his demise and mourned the death. This is what she had to write:
Naved Jafri wrote on Twitter, "He was a pure heart and a very nice human being. May his soul rest in peace, deepest condolences to the family." [SIC]
Sunny Deol wrote- "Shocked to hear about #RajivKapoor âs passing. Deepest condolences to the Kapoor family." [SIC]
Veteran actor Manoj Kumar had this to say about Kapoor's demise:
Ashvini Bhave wrote- "Saddened to hear the demise of my dear friend #RajivKapoor, who gave Bollywood some enduring movies! Rest In Peace Chimpu Ji." [SIC]
Son of legend Raj Kapoor, Rajiv Kapoor was the youngest of the three brothers Randhir Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor and sisters Ritu Nanda and Rima Jain. His eldest sister Ritu Nanda and brother Rishi Kapoor passed away in January and April last year.
Rajiv Kapoor made his Bollywood debut in 1983 with the film Ek Jaan Hain Hum but fame and success happened in 1985 in the form of his father Raj Kapoor's blockbuster directorial Ram Teri Ganga Maili. He was then seen in films like Aasmaan, Lover Boy, Naag Nagin, Zabardast, and Hum To Chale Pardes.
He also ventured into production under the RK banner and presented films like Henna, Prem Granth, and Aa Ab Laut Chalen.
