After coming under fire for allegedly 'littering' in Ladakh while shooting for 'Laal Singh Chaddha', Aamir Khan's production house has now issued an official statement debunking the allegations.
Jigmat Ladakhi replied to team Aamir Khan Productions on social media, and how everyone's attention led the littered place to transform into a cleaner one.

For the uninformed, a social media user by the username Jigmat Ladakhi had earlier shared a video on Twitter, showing the entire area littered with used plastic bottles. The user wrote, "This is the gift Bollywood star Amir Khan's upcoming movie Lal Singh Chada has left for the villagers of Wakha in Ladakh. Amir Khan himself talks big about environmental cleanliness at Satyamev Jayate but this is what happens when it comes to himself."

'Laal Singh Chaddha' reunites Aamir and Kareena Kapoor Khan, who last worked together in '3 Idiots'. Apart from Kareena, Mona Singh will also be seen in the movie. Adapted by Atul Kulkarni and directed by Advait Chandan, 'Laal Singh Chaddha' is an official Hindi remake of Robert Zemeckis' Oscar Award-winning 1994 film 'Forrest Gump', that featured Hollywood star Tom Hanks in the titular role.
