Celebs at PM Modi`s oath-taking ceremony
Prime Minister Narendra Modi was sworn in for a third consecutive term at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. Modi, 73, first became prime minister in 2014 and then returned to office in 2019. He is the second prime minister after Jawaharlal Nehru to have a third consecutive term. Top leaders from India's neighbourhood and the Indian Ocean region were special guests at the function.
Actress-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut looked every inch regal in an ivory and gold saree she chose to wear for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony on Sunday.
Veteran star Anupam Kher shared a reel with the actress on Instagram, where she looks every inch like royalty in a Raw Mango ivory and gold saree which has intricate details and embroidery. She completed her look with Hollywood-styled voluminous curls and diamond jewels.
Anupam captioned the video as "Queen", a title of her acclaimed 2014 film for which she was even feted with a National Award as the Best Actress.

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan added a touch of glamour to the oath-taking ceremony as he arrived at the venue accompanied by his manager Pooja Dadlani, exuding charm in his black attire and signature ponytail look.
Actor Vikrant Massey and filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani arrived to attend the oath ceremony as well. During a conversation with ANI, Massey said, "This is a historic third term... I am looking forward to the next 5 years with the NDA government... The government has worked in the last 10 years. I have witnessed change. India is a big country and change doesn't happen overnight, it requires time."
Clad in stylish white attire, Anil Kapoor spoke to ANI before heading to the ceremony. Expressing his aspirations for the country, he said, "I just want the country to prosper." The actor's presence added to the star-studded gathering at Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony.

Dressed in a printed green saree, Hema Malini spoke to ANI before heading to the ceremony. Expressing her excitement, she said, "It is a happy moment for all of us that Narendra Modi is going to take oath for the third time as PM. Whatever work is left, we will definitely complete it in the third term." Hema Malini won the Mathura constituency for the third time in a row.
A photo of Akshay Kumar and Shah Rukh Khan greeting each other at the ceremony also surfaced on social media.
