Alia Bhatt has had a fantastic year in the film industry. Following the success of 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani,' her Hollywood debut, and winning the National Award for 'Gangubai Kathiawadi,' Bhatt has teamed up with director Vasan Bala for the first time in a film titled 'Jigra.'
Not only is she the lead actress, but she is also the co-producer of the film alongside Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. The actress recently shared some behind-the-scenes images from the film set. Alongside the snapshots, she wrote, "directors lens @vasanbala #JIGRA"

The first picture shows Alia busy getting ready for her shot, while the second photograph captures her posing for the camera as she stands behind a mirror.

For the unversed, a short teaser video was also unveiled while announcing the title and release date of the film. The teaser had a voiceover of Alia Bhatt addressing her sibling and talking about protecting them. The teaser also shows an animated version of Alia Bhatt standing in the rain with an intense look.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt was last seen in the Hollywood film 'Heart Of Stone' alongside Gal Gadot. She played the antagonist in the film, which marked her first in such a role. Before that, Alia was seen as Rani in Karan Johar's directorial 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' opposite Ranveer Singh. The film received much love and praise, both critically and from the audience. Alia had made her debut in 2012 with Karan Johar's directorial 'Student Of The Year' and marked her 10th year in the industry with a romantic family drama with Johar. Now, she is all set to produce a film with Johar's production house. Bhatt had turned producer in 2022 with the film 'Darlings'. She had announced her production house titled 'Eternal Sunshine'.
