Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan has kept fans up since midnight. Single-screen theatres and multiplexes across the country opened doors for the audience as early as 2 a.m. Fans thronged theatres with their family members and friends to experience the larger-than-life actioner. Amid the hype and packed theatres, Jawan got leaked.
According to reports, Jawan fell prey to piracy hours after its release. It has been leaked online in HD download on Torrent websites, Tamilrockers, Telegram and Movierulz. Despite the leak, the box-office collection of Jawan will not be affected.
In the recent past, films like Kushi, Jailer, Dream Girl 2, Ghoomer, Gadar 2, OMG 2, Adipurush, Pathaan, Ponniyin Selvan-2, Barbie, Oppenheimer, The Kerala Story, King Of Kotha, and several others got leaked on Tamilrockers.

Jawan is Atlee's first Hindi directorial. He is known for his work in the South film industry. It is also his first film with Shah Rukh. With the film, Nayanthara enters Bollywood after a long wait.
Taran Adarsh reported that as of noon today, Jawan's collection in India was Rs. 19.35 crores. The senior trade analyst confirmed that the advance bookings for Thursday closed at midnight. Shattering records, Shah Rukh's film is about to take a grand opening. Janmashtami and Dahi Handi holiday has a key role to play. According to the veteran trade analyst, Taran Adarsh, Jawan's advance booking closed at midnight with 557,000 tickets booked for Thursday. While PVR and INOX have collectively sold 448,000 tickets, Cinepolis stands at 109,000. His tweet read, "#JawanAdvanceBooking status⦠NOTE: Tickets sold for 'Thu' / 'Day 1' at NATIONAL CHAINS⦠Update: Wed, 11.59 pm. #PVR + #INOX: 448,000. #Cinepolis: 109,000.
