Hollywood action director Razatos has worked on The Fate of the Furious (2017) and Captain America: Civil War (2016), while Ben is known as a seasoned Parkour tutor, choreographing action in Transporter 3 (2008) and Dunkirk (2017). Macrae is the mind behind the set-pieces in Mad Max: Fury Road (2015) and Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015). Khamphakdee, who won the National Award for 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion' (2017), was an obvious choice for Atlee, as was Rodrigues after collaborating with Khan in 'Pathaan'. The director was equally impressed by Arasu's work in 'Sultan' (2016).
A source shares that varied forms of action will be on display in the Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi-starrer. "Jawan will include hand-to-hand combat, bike sequences, and truck and car chases. These action set-pieces add to Atlee's vision of making a tentpole action entertainer."
