War 2: Hrithik Roshan looks dapper in black as he shares a behind-the-scenes video

Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan took to his Instagram stories and offered a sneak peek from the sets of his upcoming film ‘War 2'. The actor posted the behind-the-scenes clip to wish ace stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania on her birthday. He wrote, "Happy Birthday to one and only! Thank you for bringing the other me out :) Have a supersonic year ahead! Love."

Anaita has been instrumental in shaping Hrithik's on-screen personas since their first collaboration on ‘Dhoom 2'. Over the years, she has worked her magic on Roshan's looks for various films, including ‘Bang Bang', ‘War', and now the upcoming second installment.

Roshan thanked Shroff Adajania for bringing out an unexplored dimension of his personality onscreen through her styling expertise.

Hrithik recently captivated audiences with his stellar performance in Siddharth Anand's ‘Fighter'. It also stars Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, and Akshay Oberoi. The aerial action drama features Hrithik as Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania aka Patty, Deepika as Squadron Leader Minal Rathore aka Minni, and Anil as Group Captain Rakesh Jai Singh aka Rocky fighting for the country.

Soon after the release of Fighter, Hrithik immersed himself in the preparation for ‘War 2'. The actor will be seen reprising his role of Agent Kabir. Rumours are rife that 'RRR' star Jr NTR has come on board for the film and will be essaying the antagonist's role.

A source quoted by ANI states, "Jr NTR is locking horns with Hrithik Roshan in ‘War 2'. It's going to be epic. Their battle of wits and their fierce showdown will definitely be an action spectacle to remember on the big screen. ‘War' is now a true-blue pan-Indian film. This move by Aditya Chopra enables ‘War 2' to have the widest audience appeal for a Hindi film and it also widens the box office potential of the film. South India should come alive and connect at a more emotional level with the film because of the presence of their beloved superstar."

The source added, "Jr NTR is one of the most respected and followed icons from South India. He is said to be extremely choosy about his films and if he has given the film a nod, it means ‘War 2' is eclipsing the first film in terms of plot as well as scale."

Directed by Ayan Mukerji, YRF's ‘War 2' is scheduled to be released on August 14, 2025.
