Arjun Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor
Ranbir Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor had a boys' night out on Friday. They began their weekend with a sumptuous dinner at a popular restaurant in the suburbs and wrapped up the day with a dekko of Christopher Nolan's latest offering, Oppenheimer. Ranbir and Arjun have been buddies since childhood and often meet up whenever they get time off from their respective schedules. The two actors were later spotted having a serious discussion about the movie with another close friend.
The recent video of two Manipur women being paraded naked has sent shockwaves across the country. Celina Jaitly, whose father was in the Armed Forces, has come out strongly against the incidents. "I am unable to sleep or eat since I saw the Manipur violence videos a few hours ago. Shaking with anger, pain, and anger again. Violence is violence. Ethnic, non-ethnic, whatever the reason, violence is violence, and violence against women isn't cultural, it is criminal," she wrote on social media. Batting for their rights, she added, "To see this heinous, barbaric crime against women has shaken me to the core, I urge the government to take such stringent action."
