Disha Salian’s name in closing credits of Roohi

Disha Salian's name features in the end credits of the new release, Roohi. She is referred to as ‘late Disha Salian, manager of Varun Sharma'. Bollywood's celebrity manager, who handled Sushant Singh Rajput, died under mysterious circumstances in June 2020.

Disha, a resident of Shivaji Park in Dadar, was found dead on the night of June 8-9 at the Galaxy Regent Apartments complex in Malad West, where her live-in partner Rohan Rai used to live. A week later, on June 14, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his rented duplex flat at Mount Blanc building in Bandra West. Salian was the talent manager for SSR too.

Varun Sharma, who features in a pivotal role in the horror-comedy, had mourned Salian's loss in an Instagram post. He wrote, "Am at a loss of words. Speechless. Numb. It all looks unreal. So many memories. Such a lovely person and a dear friend. You always wore that smile everyday, and with such kindness you dealt with everything that came your way. You will be deeply missed. Prayers and Strength to the Family. I still can't believe Disha you're gone. Gone too Soon." wrote Varun.
