Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone recently celebrated the Lootera actor's mother's birthday in Mumbai. The bash was graced by the families of both the actors. Singh being Singh, the epitome of energy, broke into a spontaneous, impromptu dance on his own song Nashe Si from Befikre. And Padukone had a priceless reaction.
It's hard to describe the expressions and excitement on Singh's face and it's equally complicated to decipher what was going through Padukone's mind too. So have a look at the video instead, shared by the actress' fan club:

It's hard to tell when did Ranveer Singh become the Ranveer Singh. When did an actor critiqued and almost vilified for his unconventional demeanour transform into a bona fide, blockbuster movie star with a charismatic, contagious aura? Different fans and critics will have different answers. But the man is an enigma, and people swear by his unfazed energy. His fashion outings are bizarre but brave, and equally impressive have been his film choices. In his films, Singh has been introduced as an actor, a star, and perhaps also a character. Singh being Singh, makes all the characters his own, be it quintessentially heroic, or quaintly performative.
Taking of Padukone, a source close to the actress shares, "Once the lockdown eased and film shoots were permitted, Deepika was back on the sets immediately. She has already wrapped one schedule of the 'Pathan' shoot in Mumbai and one schedule of her film with Shakun Batra since then. She is now going to start another schedule of the 'Pathan' shoot. Apart from this, initial discussions for 'Fighter' have begun too, with the film going on floors early next year."
While managing back to back shoots, Deepika is also working on helping the frontline workers of the pandemic with her latest program, 'Frontline Assisst' via her foundation, LiveLoveLaugh and The Deepika Padukone Closet.
For âPathan', a source stated "Deepika is shooting for high octane action scenes for Pathan currently. They are shooting them in Mumbai itself and Deepika has done intense preps for it."
