Article 370 Box Office Day 2: Yami Gautam's movie 'Article 370' and Vidyut Jammwal's film 'Crakk' hit theatres on Friday, February. In celebration of Cinema Lovers Day, all theatres nationwide were offering tickets at a fixed cost of Rs 99. Despite attracting a good number of viewers, the film's collections were relatively lower due to the discounted ticket prices. Yami Gautam's political drama earned over Rs 6 crore, and the action film 'Crakk' also contributed to the cinematic celebration.

The movie 'Article 370,' featuring Yami Gautam and Priyamani, is doing well at the box office. Despite being seen as a divisive political film, it earned Rs 7.5 crore on Saturday, bringing its total domestic earnings to Rs 13.4 crore. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the film had an overall Hindi occupancy rate of 26.58 per cent on Saturday, with the highest attendance during evening screenings reaching 44.39 per cent.
The movie started strong on its opening day with Rs 6 crores, and it is performing better than the film 'The Kashmir Files' in its first two days in theatres. 'The Kashmir Files' earned Rs 12.05 crore in the same time frame during its theatrical run in 2022.

According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, âArticle 370', which has been directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale made Rs 6.12 crore in India on its first day. âCrakk', which has been directed by Aditya Datt, has earned Rs 4.11 crore in India nett on its first day as per early estimates.

Director Aditya Suhas Jambhale's political thriller looks at the events around the 2019 abrogation of Article 370, which granted special status to Jammu & Kashmir in terms of autonomy. Gautam portrays a National Investigation Agency intel officer, who played a role in maintaining peace in the Valley. Aware that retelling a real-life story on celluloid is a big responsibility, she walked into the Jio Studios and B62 Studios' venture armed with prep.
