The Gurukul Practice Center (TGPC) organised a three-day camp at Vaiti House, Mankhurd for the IIT-JEE aspirants, as well as for class IX and X students aspiring to appear for Olympiad, KVPY and Homibhabha.
Prominent faculties such as Prof KD Joshi from IIT Powai, past faculties of Bansal and Narayana taught the students for three days.
They taught difficult topics in subjects like Math, Physics and Chemistry, as well as important techniques, tips and tricks pertaining to preparation for IIT-JEE and Olympiad exams.
Students were exposed to the pattern of IIT-JEE exams as well as other prominent national scholarship exams such as Olympiad, KVPY, Homibhabha.
On the third day, the camp conducted an aptitude test for students interested in joining its two-year IIT-JEE integrated programme as well as the IIT-JEE foundation programme and preparing for Olympiad, KVPY and Homibhabha.
Selected candidates at the aptitude test would be given two weeks rigorous training for IIT-JEEu00a0 exams after the board exams.
Students from BARC, Chembur and Navi Mumbai participated in good numbers. The whole purpose of this camp was to orient students towards IIT-JEE programmes and Olympiad, KVPY and Homibhabha.
Students got an opportunity to interact with various experts involved in preparing students for prestigious national entrance exams as well as national scholarship exams.u00a0
