Shraddha Kapoor's no to fans, yes to pals

Shraddha Kapoor turned 31 on Saturday. Fans gathered outside her Juhu home to greet her and present gifts, but the actor did not step out. She took to social media and wrote, "Thank you for your birthday wishes and sorry to everyone who came to wish me under my building. As we are all aware it isn't much of a time for celebration so, I hope you guys understand (sic)."

When fans spotted the actor's mum Shivangi Kapoor (inset), they requested her to accept the gifts on the actor's behalf. But Shraddha Kapoor stepped out with friends and family to celebrate at a suburban nightspot and cut cakes. The time was right then, perhaps.
