Confessions Of An Economic Hitman by John Perkins. It's an eye opening account of how the USA took over the world economy and enslaved nations by manipulations, lies and deceit. Economic hit men (EHMs) are highly-paid professionals who cheat countries around the globe out of trillions of dollars. Their tools include fraudulent financial reports, rigged elections, payoffs, extortion, sex, and murder. They play a game that's as old as an empire, but one that has taken on new and terrifying dimensions during this time of globalisation. I read fiction very rarely, but I will go on to say that my most inspiring and loved book has been Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes.u00a0Quixote's bravery and chivalry charged with honesty and idealism takes him into territories where the so-called wise would fear to tread.
