Deepika Padukone wrote a poetry when she was in the seventh grade.

After bowling the country with her phenomenal acting chops, the dimpled-beauty Deepika Padukone has unleashed another hidden talent of hers for her fans. The actress, when at the age of seven, had penned a poetry and posted it on her Instagram account. She captioned it, "My attempt at poetry in the 7th grade (sic)."

The title of Deepika Padukone's poem is 'I Am' and here are a few lines from the poetry: "I am a child with love and care; I wonder how far the stars reach; I hear the rush of the waves..."

In no time, the post garnered thousands of love reactions, but it was her rumoured beau Ranveer Singh, who has all love for her posts on Instagram. The Padmaavat actress' fans have appreciated her work by commenting "Deepika Padukone, you are quite the poet" and "This is literally the cutest thing I've ever seen."

Deepika is currently basking in the success of her recently released film, Padmaavat- a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film with Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor. The film, which faced the harsh wrath of extremists and fringe groups has finally earned a whopping Rs 540 crores and above at the Box Office. It is a dual celebration for the team as its Bhansali's birthday on Sunday and what another day than celebrating the film's success with it!? The team will have a party at the floating boat in Bandra's Arc Deck Bar.
