After leaving Delhi and coming to Mumbai he meets a group of hoodlums (Parmeet Sethi, Vrajesh Hirjee and others) who put him in a Catch-22 situation.
They try to use his bad luck to ruin the lives of their rival camp. There's also a nurse (Hrishitaa Bhatt) who has an inconsequential track with Govind. In the end, bad luck rules the roost!
What's hot: Perhaps the hottest thing in the movie will be the temperature of your head as you suffer this atrocity.
What's not: The film is full of flaws; so many that this space falls short to mention them all. The plot is redundant. The acting, a forced attempt to mouth silly lines, camera work is amateurish, the songs sound like they are from a mix tape of a rickshaw driver having no taste in music.
Starting off with an interesting premise and situation the film heads downhill right in the first half itself. The villains end up looking as bad caricatures from a TV show. Dialogues are corny and meaningless. Overall the film suffers from not just low production values but also lack of ideation.
What to do: Skip this one with a blind eye. You need more than good luck to sit through this torture fest. PS: A warm hug to Gaurav, we can only empathise with what you suffered here.
Bad Luck Govind
