The trailer for `Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya` was released on January 18
Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon are gearing up for the release of their upcoming romantic drama 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya'. Just before its release, the movie underwent a check from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), and as per reports, the board requested a few changes. The reports state that CBFC asked for a cut in the 'scene of a sex act'.
According to Bollywood Hungama reports, CBFC has demanded 25% cut in 'the scene of sex' for Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon starrer. The intimate scene, originally 36 seconds long, has now been shortened to 27 seconds. The reports also suggest that in the second half of the film, the word 'daaru' has been replaced with 'drinks'.
If the reports are to be believed, CBFC also asked the team to add an anti-smoking static message in more readable fonts. After the requested changes were made, CBFC passed the Shahid and Kriti starrer with a U/A certificate. The reports suggest that the censor certificate states that the movie's runtime is about 143.15 minutes long.

On January 18, the makers of Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon's 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya' released the long-awaited trailer. It was released at an event in Mumbai and soon after on social media. The trailer took us on a wild ride of romance, humour, and technology. Yes, you heard it right, technology. However, this is not just any romance story. The twist is that it transforms into a love story between a love-struck boy and a robot!
During a promotional event for the film, Shahid shared, "I was wondering why I haven't done a love story for a long time. It often happens that you get back-to-back films from a similar space. But I wanted to do something different. The word 'different' is defined by this film because the subject is so unique that I never imagined doing it. So it is a very fresh and different concept for me."
For the unversed, Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon starrer film âTeri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya' will hit the big screen on 9th February.
