Bollywood actress and a foodie by heart, Shraddha Kapoor, on Wednesday, shared a glimpse of her '7-course syllabus' on social media, which were seven different types of meals. Shraddha looked gorgeous in an off-white coord set with open hair and minimal makeup. From planted chicken breast and steak to green coconut curry and wasabi carrot, here's everything that Shraddha ate off the vegan menu.
1st course: A green curry broth with ginger kombucha, iced coconut pearls and coconut foam, coconut powder baiser and roasted rice and salt, red chili, pumpkin puree, red onion puree, apple, kaffir lime and coriander oil.
2nd course: Steamed celeriac, Oatly cuisine beurre blanc and mayonnaise made from "mimi ferments" miso, celeriac purée made with Oatly cuisine, habanero, zest and jelly of mandarin, mustard oil, turnips marinated in curcuma, cooked ginger.
3rd course: Sweet and sour stock from carrot and mongo and coriander, carrot cooked in the oven, turned over in starch flour and deep fried in a wok, marinated with wasabi mayonnaise and deep fried green rice.

4th course: Braised and grilled topinambur in jus from mimi ferments shoyu and jalapeño, salad of marinated apple, celery and shiso, shiso leaves & oil, roasted black quinoa, lime juice, pea purée.
5th course: With green Thai pepper, toasted gluten-free bread, salad of marinated and pickled beetroot, Chioggia beetroot, raspberry cornichons, oatly cream cheese pearls, and chervil purée, green pepperoni cream.
6th course: Panfried planted chicken breast, jus and crunch and oil with green and red Sichuan pepper, jelly and marinated currants, cabbage purée made with Oatly cuisine and fried cabbage, jelly of sudachi.
7th course: Fresh nam dok mango and Oatly Cuisine cremeux and sorbet, chili salt, lettuce & cucumber sauce, vanilla lime sorbet, Oatly Cuisine ice with roasted rice and lemongrass.
Shraddha is often seen giving a peek into her daily personal and professional updates.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shraddha will be next seen in the horror comedy 'Stree 2' alongside Rajkumar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, and Aparshakti Khurrana. 'Stree' was released in 2018 and was declared a blockbuster hit. The sequel will be out in theatres in August this year.
