Rajasthan will now witness the tumult of election wars as Ratna Kumari Shahpura is the promising candidate standing for upcoming Vidhan Sabha Elections from Viratnagar Constituency.

Talking about the royal family legacy, Ratna Kumari says, "My Father-in-law was an Educational Minister from Viratnagar and my Mother-in-law was an MLA from Shahpura- Viratnagar. I have seen closely their work for the people here and want to follow the legacy of my in-laws."

Her passion for empowering women of her constituency can be seen by her ultimate work. She is actively involved in women empowerment programs through skill development as well as providing several job opportunities for women in the city. Her work also includes the betterment of girls through education and also uplifts the lifestyle of people staying in the rural areas.

Besides women empowerment, Ratna Kumari Shahpura is also engaged in various skillful activities held in the city. She has established a trust ‘Rani Ratna Kumari Foundation' for the underclass, uneducated women and communities in the year 2016.

Ratna Kumari is also at the forefront to initiate healthy and good initiatives beneficial for the people in the city. Her free medical health checkup camps and blood donation booths were highly appreciated. While empowering women, she also takes into consideration the various employment initiatives for women who could make them less dependent and confident. She has established a self-help group for women "Sakhi Mandal" in various villages where any woman can get the help she requires.

Her guidance camps for expecting mothers, child health, malnutrition eradication, and welfare were one of the most gratifying and rewarding. She has also successfully organized Shikshan Saptah for underprivileged children.
