Prince Bandar bin Thamer bin Saud Al Saud is the youngest son of Prince Thamer bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Princess Al-Anoud bint Saud bin Abdullah bin Saud bin Faisal Al Saud. He was born and raised in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Studying in the Riyadh schools and completing his secondary education at the Capital Model Institute in Riyadh, he later achieved his BA degree from the University of San Francisco (USFCA) in California, USA.

Today, Bandar Al Saud serves as the honorary member of Al Hilal Saudi Club, the most professional multi-sports club based in Riyadh, considered as the most decorated club in Asia, which has already won 64 official trophies. Since 1992, Bandar Al Saud has worked for the much-talked-about club and held important positions throughout his career, including now being the Honorary member of the club. In his leadership, Al Hilal Saudi Club has attained massive achievements and accolades, including achieving the "Most Influential Arab Club Award" on Arab social networking sites in 2015.

Initially, Bandar Al Saud worked as supervisor of Al-Hilal youth team and then even became the first person to establish the official website of Al Hilal Saudi Club (https://alhilal.com). His Royal Highness has achieved massively with the club and in the whole of the sporting realm in Saudi Arabia.
