Our past, our childhood and even our family plays a pivotal role in our success story. Haven't you noticed most of the successful men take the award and first speak about how grateful they are to have their family supporting them and whatever they are today is because of them. The reason why we look back is because these are the people who are there while we are setting out our foundation to real success. Humza Lokhandwala also has a beautiful family in Surat. However, he chose to chase his dreams and decided to move away from his family and continue with new beginnings in Pune. He was far from his family but their values were near him.

Humza Lokhandwala's parents run their own business. Mother has her own jewellery boutique and father has his own biogas plant. It shouldn't come as a surprise to see Mr. Lokhandwala excelling at business as he surely has it running in his genes. He has seen his parents work so diligently that he till date uses their values to stick strong to business.

He mentions that his mother is a natural extrovert who is so warm and can make friends easily. She is very easy going and attracts so many people around because of her personality. He thinks that his extroverted side comes from his mother that gives him an edge to understand people and approach them easily. He finds his father to be the most honest and truthful person in the family. He looks up to his father to become a man of integrity and use those values to stay true to what you do, who you are and where you go.

Humza Lokhandwala learns to have a strong vision from his parents. Not fearing from the outcomes and facing situations strongly has been inherited by his parents. He recollects his parents saying that, "If you set a vision, go make it happen, be stubborn about your vision not the process." He believes that risk taking is something that comes heavily from his dad, while management & keeping things in order comes from his mom. He also has a sister who he considers to be his "chotti ma" . She is a sweet soul who does things purely out of love and care. He learns from her how to be unfiltered when it comes to sharing love and affection.

Humza Lokhandwala had learnt so much from his family that has always stayed with him at every point in his career. He is very grateful to have been given a space where he was nurtured so carefully that today he is able to inculcate these values and put them into application in his career and work life. He has grasped all the goodness from his family and we are more than happy to see him glow with his family's rich culture still present in his actions.
