What exactly is your role at Turing?

I am currently the Head of Fulfillment and a member of the Executive team at Turing. In this capacity, I oversee the end-to-end global fulfillment operations at the company. My responsibilities include scaling our Talent Cloud engine to successfully match customers with the right developers effectively and efficiently, ensure successful engagements, and collaborate closely with various teams to enhance customer and developer satisfaction throughout their journey with Turing Enterprises Inc.

What is your educational background and experience?

I hold a Master's in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and completed my undergraduate studies at the National Institute of Technology, Calicut. My professional journey has been quite diverse. Before joining Turing, I was an investor at WestBridge Capital, where I focused on investing in Indian entrepreneurs. I also have experience as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, serving clients in Silicon Valley, India, and the Middle East. In addition, I co-founded and managed Banker's Quotient, a training solutions firm aimed at developing the next generation of bankers in India.

Share a milestone moment in your career at Turing/Share a challenging operation/ noteworthy assignment that you have been able to execute at Turing.

One of the milestone moments for me has been the journey of transforming fulfillment and Turing, redefining processes and products to significantly improve our fulfillment rates beyond the industry benchmarks and beyond Turing's history. It's been an incredible journey of teamwork, hardwork and focus.

Another milestone moment in my career at Turing was helping the company achieve unicorn status in 2021, marking a significant valuation cap of $4 billion. It was a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team at Turing Enterprises Inc..

What are the lessons that you have learned in your entire journey?

In my career journey, I've learned the importance of adaptability, embracing change, being comfortable with ambiguity and working hard and iteratively to reach the right answer. It's crucial to continuously innovate, stay agile, and remain open to new ideas and technologies. Building and leading diverse and high-performing teams has also been a valuable lesson. The power of data-driven decision-making is another crucial insight, which we live by everyday at Turing Enterprises Inc. to drive our talent cloud's success.
