To go beyond just the regular escapes and well-designed rooms that come with a buffet breakfast on discount. Future trends very well in advance predicted that travellers would seek much more from their experiences. Connecting with something like nature or people or a fabulous food experience would go a long way in order to attract a client and that is exactly what Paraiso has been designed keeping in mind. We wanted to do it all, but also at the same time maintain a level of privacy which is why we operate with a very limited capacity of 12 suites, 1 penthouse and 3 villas on a very, very large space.

Sustainable Sourcing & Going Local

A large part about what led us to brainstorming about ideas in the first place was that we wanted to come together to do something for the community and the people that had for so long been a part of our alternate businesses and suddenly found themselves stuck at home. Paraiso gave us an opportunity to build tourism, our forte, but also give back to the local community of the place. We also take great pride in investing in the conservation and environment development effort both inside and around the property not just for ourselves but for generations to come!

Culinary Experiences & Day Visits

There are practically no good pure veg restaurants in the region and definitely no places that offer fine dining for sure. We wanted to change that. After all, Igatpuri Hills is just a two-hour drive away from Mumbai. We often do it inside the city why not spend that time escaping the madness and hustle to go to a place that far more beautiful and serene? With good culinary experiences and an infinity style pool, Paraiso is the perfect getaway not just for weekends and one night stays but even just for short day visits and picnics.
