New Sunday-special menu in Mumbai

Avartana at ITC Maratha has launched new Sunday lunches with a special menu, which is a curated selection of regional specialties.
Ingredients like Andhra Pradesh`s uthukuli butter and mango ginger, Chennai`s sago and jaggery, and Tamil Nadu`s mochai beans are stars of the dishes.
Highlights include Spiced Aubergine and Sago, modern interpretation of the classic Bagala Bath, the Sago Yogurt, and more.
The decadent Fennel Pannacotta egg dessert is another highlight.
